I am Farhaan Ahmed, a Cambridge⁠-⁠educated international lawyer. I spent years at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, on both sides of the hiring table. Since 2016 I have taught and coached law students, and I have mentored early⁠-⁠career professionals.

I never have enough time to answer it properly. So I wrote it all down. Before any of that, I came to this work from Dhaka, without a map, which is why this course exists: it is the one I needed then, built from the public record and from years of watching, up close, what separates the candidates who get in.
